ello, we meet again! Today I am writing about the awesome boudoir marathon that I had the pleasure and opportunity to shoot on Sunday June 10, 2012!

It was an awesome event, and my 3rd marathon with Kim of KAT Make-up Design. This was the first even we have done in my home, which was really nice because I knew the light and both of the rooms really well. It was a great opportunity and I am so happy with the photos! Even though I was working through editing Jessica and Jason’s wedding the ‘kid in a candy store’ feeling took over and I had to edit a few for a quick preview. Let’s just say it was love at first sight! The light was great and the girls were stunning, and over all it just went so well!

Kim and I try and hold a marathon every couple of months and our next one is July 22, 2012 in Lethbridge, Ab ( about 2 hours away). I am so very excited about it all! This week I am doing a sweet 16 party, which should be a lot of fun as I haven’t done anything like this yet. I am finding that I am starting to learn so much and in the past couple weeks I really feel like I am starting to find my niche and photog style. I feel like I am finding my own feet in this big place!

Anyway, I am getting really excited about my lighting class coming up on June 28, 2012 and I am looking forward to a lot of great shoots coming up! So, with that said, here are a few photos from the boudoir marathon, I am sure you have all been waiting!
